Franklin Beedle Return Policy:

Online/Single Copy Customer Policy:
  • You may return your book up to 30 days following the invoice date.
  • The book must be in 100% saleable condition to receive full credit.
  • Customer pays return freight.
  • Credit will be applied to the original credit card used for prepayment. Payments made in cash or money order will be issued a refund check.

College Bookstore Policy:
  • 100% returns are are permitted up to 90 days of invoice.
  • 25% returns are permitted from 91 days to one year from date of service.
  • Books must be in new/saleable condition.
  • If shrinkwrapped, return same. A 5% penalty will be deducted if shrinkwrap is torn or if books are not returned shrinkwrapped.
  • A 2% penalty will be deducted if stickers need to be removed from anywhere on the books.
  • A 15% penalty will be deducted if books are not in sellable condition, but can be used as samples. This is at our discretion.
  • All items not eligible for credit must be call-tagged within 30 days of the credit memo issue date.
  • Advance written notice of your intent to return books is required; you will be issued a return authorization number upon approval.
  • Defective copies must be noted on the return request. Please indicate what the defect is.
  • Each shipment must include a copy of the invoice and the return authorization.
  • Each carton must have the return authorization number on it or the package will be refused.
  • All returns must be shipped prepaid, unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • No cash refunds
